Rite Aid $3.00/$15.00 Survey Coupons

So it seems as though Rite Aid has stopped the Survey promotion.  There are several rumors online that it was a problem with their system, however this is not the case. 

Rite Aid has ended this promotion.  You will still receive Survey options on the bottem of you receipts, but will not receive a coupon for $3.00/$15.00 purchase.  Rite Aid would like to see how many customers participate in the survey without receiving a coupon.

If you have received a coupon in the last few days you can complete the survey and use the survey slip on your receipt to redeem the coupon now through 8/10/11.  After 8/10/11 you will no longer be able to redeem your coupons or receipts. Please see the below employee memo that was sent to all Rite Aid employees regarding the coupon.
